Before sending us your files, please remember to include all fonts and links related to the document. Gather all necessary files into one folder and compress that folder using a utility such as WniZip for Windows files or Stuffit for Macintosh files.

EMAIL
If your compressed file is less than 5 meg then you can email directly to sue@creativeimpressions.ca.  Please include your name and any relative information with your email.

FTP
If you compressed file is over 5 megs, then it should be sent through our ftp site.
The best way to upload to an FTP site is to use software such as Fetch (for Macintosh) or WS_FTP (for Windows). To download software click HERE for MAC or HERE for PC.

Before you begin to upload you will need to be set up as a user and be given a password. Please contact us at 705.476.6646  (1-800-916-6817).

USING FETCH

1 Launch Fetch Software
2 Hostname: www.creativeimpressions.ca
3 Username: provided by Creative Impressions
4 Password: provided by Creative Impressions
5 Use “Put” or “Get” buttons to upload or download compressed files to your folder
OR Drag and drop to your folder

USING WS_FTP

1 Launch WS_FTP Software
2 Click the “NEW” button and enter Creative Impressions and click “Next”
3 Hostname: www.creativeimpressions.ca
4 Username: provided by Creative Impressions
5 Password: provided by Creative Impressions
6 Click finish
7 Double click “Creative Impressions” to connect.
